Beat together the eggs, milk, butter, brown sugar, molasses, vanilla, and pumpkin.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a 9x9 glass baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
Notes
Adjust sugar amount down and use more molasses to make it less sweet. Mix-ins are optional and flexible. Use your imagination! We topped ours with freshly whipped cream. You should, too.
